These Terms of Service govern your use of PLAYCE, including the Wear OS scorer app, the Android companion app, and the public website.
Use of the app
PLAYCE is intended as a tennis and padel scoring tool. You are responsible for how you use the app, the accuracy of the match information you enter, and any content you choose to share from the app.
Accounts and purchases
PLAYCE does not require account creation for core use. Premium access, if offered, is processed through Google Play Billing and is subject to Google Play purchase, refund, and payment rules.
Availability
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue app features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of website hosting, device compatibility, wearable connectivity, or third-party platform services.
Data and privacy
Your use of PLAYCE is also governed by the Privacy Policy. That policy describes how the current build handles score data, local storage, Firebase diagnostics, analytics, and purchase-related state.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app or website, interfere with their normal operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer paid access controls in violation of applicable law, or use PLAYCE in a way that violates platform rules or applicable law.
Intellectual property
PLAYCE branding, app design, and related materials remain the property of their respective owner unless explicitly stated otherwise. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses.
No warranty
PLAYCE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAYCE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, match history, business, revenue, or device availability arising from use of the app or site.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PLAYCE after an update means you accept the revised terms.
